Honestly saying i have only written letters in my language papers. Its true that over a recent years, letter writing has been replaced by the other ways of communicating. technology has developed so rapidly that we now expect to be able to talk to people instantly, get a response from them straight away .Rather putting a pen to paper, for most of us now it feels much more natural to send text and emails ,quickly typing within a second.i think that we have lost the art of writing letters.

Due to the increasing use of technology, nowadays people rarely write letters. Honestly speaking it''s actually a bit sorrowful thing, because writing letters has many advantages. Letters are written about feelings from the heart also it improves ones creativity too, as it matters their writing skills.

People just forgot letters .We are now on phones and emails .We cannot even recognise their handwritings of the loved ones.I guess in future people will not even know what a letter is or who a postman is.

I love writing letters! I write it to my teachers. I believe when we are not able to express our emotions words will help us do it. Writing letter is a true art, which has to be brought back. When we write or read letters, after seeing their emotions in their handwriting the happiness we get can''t be explained. And again we people will start this practice! Let us enjoy doing it!

After reading this article posted in todays newspaper I was impressed to write a letter . Immediately I took a pen and a paper and wrote a letter to those to whom I had a special message . Now I am very anxious to receive a letter back . The joy you feel when you receive a letter is never experienced when someone comments about your status . . The technology has improved but at the same time we should not forget our old traditions and customs . We write letters only in our English exams only .

The art of letter writing has been lost today due to excessive usage of online instant communication systems.....We may use these instant messaging apps but we should not forget letter writing as it is a beautiful way of expressing your thoughts, ideas and feelings that text messaging can never capture....It is truly an art and tradition to be kept alive and it is up to our generation now!!

social media and messaging sites have made the letters get forgot from our minds. But,these apps let us send messages over a long distance anywhere in the world in seconds but a letter takes 3-4 days to reach us.
