More About Ant Man

Based on the marvel comic character first published in 1962, Ant-Man is from the renowned studios that has delivered several blockbuster franchises such as Iron Man, Avengers, Thor & Captain America. Marvel’s Ant-Man is about a S.H.I.E.L.D scientist Dr. Henry 'Hank' Pym who created the Ant-Man suit with “Pym Particle” which allows its user to alter his size. Scott Lang, an expert thief, is handpicked by Dr. Pym to take the charge as ant-man. Lang must learn the capabilities of the suit to help defend the world using ant-man’s shrinking technology and pull off a heist that unlike its other superhero counterparts.

Produced by Marvel Studios, Ant-Man has made becoming smaller cool with a worldwide collection of over $ 500 mn. This fast paced and entertaining movie with special effects and humour has made ant-man another feat in the list of marvel’s success stories.

Youth Reporters Say Ant Man Has Never Got It's Due

I am not a great fan. I love all the other super heroes created by this production house, but Ant Man had never appealed to me. Maybe size does matter! The power of the super hero is what drives us towards him/her. Unfortunately the franchise couldn't make Ant Man huge.

- Rohit Dash, class IX, Gyan Bharti School

For me, Ant Man is the most underrated super hero in history. He is a powerhouse of talent but sadly has never been given his due. I feel Thor and Captain Maerica movies have been marketed and promoted way better tahn the Ant Man franchises.

- Soham Singhal, class IX, Somerville School

I loved the latest Ant Man movie; he has got everything you want to see in a super hero - he has power, wit and memory. As they say, all good things come in small packages!

- Disha Shah, class VIII, Frank Anthony School, Bangalore

Yes, of course size matters when the talk is about superheroes. I somehow cannot imagine a piddly little character as an inspiration; as a super hero. It is all in the minds, we are used to larger-than-life superheroes; so Ant Man doesn't appeal.

- Darshil Anand, class IX, Chennai

A superhero which is big in size will most likely appeal to the audiences. His character also matter but the thing that matters the most is the size of the hero and his muscle strength. Heroes like Hulk and Thor will have a long lasting impact on the audience rather than Ant-Man

Sarthak Khulbe BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL (SWASTHYA VHR)

I don''t think the size of a superhero matters as we can remember the part in the movie ,Captain America Civil War that how enjoyingly the amazing spiderman beated the ant man who was hugely bigger than him.The thing only matters is the power of a superhero and how he uses it.

Size and shape of superheroes shouldn''t matter, because superheroes first off don''t teach us to be racists. Moreover, we must learn to be kind and brave from superheroes, that is their main aim.

The size of a superhero does not matter until he has got some power but if he somehow lost his power then it gets difficult to even kill a bug so, the size of a superhero does matter.

Had super hero been limited , just to the Utopian world, I would say a yes- since big attracts you more .....but a super hero in life- I don''t think size should matter- this is merely an imaginative world

Garvit Sethia BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL (SWASTHYA VHR)

I don''t think that size of a super hero matters .the only thing matters for me is the power or the ability to change the world . Most of the superheros are not tall but are very much popular such as iron man and the reason is there activities for the betterment of our society

Nishant Sadhu vaswani International school

I am a big fan of marvel and of ironman.in avengers 2 there was a fight between iron man and hulk.ironman won the fight inspire of being small than hulk. ironman with his intelligence had created a suit which was the size of hulk.so actually size and shape does not matter in superheroes

Arham goyal BHAWAN VIDYALAYA SCH PKL SEC15

No it doesn''t matter at all because Superman not that much large but is more stronger than all heroes in wb superhero world. Iron man and Thor are the strongest heroes in marvel universe but ant man is very weak than these characters on having larger size than them. So size Disney matter for detecting the power of the superhero.

In my opinion size of superhero never matters and Antman was in the same league as other Marvel superhero for me because of its good plot and amazing humour.

Darshil Shah ST. XAVIERS - LOYOLLA -2 LOYOLLA 2

I think that the size of the superhero really matters because most of the Avenger''s movie fans like hulk and hulk is the biggest and strongest of all. Even I have seen small children insisting their parents to buy them the biggest and strongest toy. So nowadays the size really matters.

Yuktha Manjunath FLORENCE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL RT NAGA

Size does matter when it comes to super heroes whether we realise it or not. It''s all about the appeal. Small heroes sometimes go unnoticed. But not the bigger ones. They have more muscle power as well. It''s easier to notice a bigger hero who stands out from the the rest than squint your eyes in search of the small one.
