"Cauvery Agitators, Why Lead Your City To Death?" Asks Harini
Cauvery riots erupts in city with violence spreading across city citizens are gripped with panic as schools closed students left behind without transport service as several major roads of city on Mysore road Vijayanagar R R Nagar Nice road Inner ring road Satellite bus stand turned into violence with several vehicles being attacked torched and burnt, in Bangalore on Monday.

The ongoing Cauvery issue is quite intense. Restaurants are being burned down, so are vehicles. Degree students are being asked to prove whether they are Kannadigas, and all schools and colleges are being forced to let off their students early. But what is the point of all this? I understand that there is a disagreement on the sharing of water between the two states, but why should you disrupt our daily life over this? I understand that our political representatives are not able to find a solution, but that doesn't mean we should use violence as a tactic to get what we want, should we? I'm strongly against violence, no matter what the reason is. You're leading your city to ‘death’, you are polluting it! If you love your city so much, make friends with other states! Sort out differences amicably.

Water flowing through 2 states should be shared properly without any disputes. But the politicians have made it such a big issue. If farmers don''t get water for farming purposes, they have to quit agriculture and sell their lands. So the agricultural lands can be used to take sand, methane gas and petroleum and sell it to foreign countries. But no one thinks about our food in future. Then we have to beg for food from foreign countries.

Water is precious for everyone and being in one nation we should keep a control on our selfish behaviour. Tamil Nadu receives less rainfall and is in urgent requirement of water. Rather Karnataka should support them.

Indeed both the states are in need of water terribly, and the dispute escalates when monsoon fails, as there is lesser water to share. It''s the dirty minded politicians who ignite the mind of innocent people. Both the States instead of resolving the problem are leading it to a different level of fighting, which is not at all ethical.

Water is the basic source for agriculture, without agriculture our lunch box will not be filled today.Tons of vegetables are given to Karnataka by Tamil Nadu.So both state need food then it is must to release water from Cauvery.I don,t know without agriculture what this two states will be doing. Both the states should have mutual understanding about this issue.
