Jessica Kochar Advises On Stage Fear

Aren't you tired of being afraid of talking in front of crowds? Well, here are some handy tips.

  1. Keep your head held high and chin out and walk to the mike/to the center of the stage.
  2. Take a deep breath and start; sometimes it helps if you look at the heads of the audience not their eyes. You can look at their eyes if you want.
  3. Imagine that everyone in the audience are vegetables or chocolates or anything that makes you drool.
  4. If you accidently miss out something while speaking you can improve and use another word.
  5. While practicing your dialogues look in the mirror. It helps.
  6. Don't let people know that you're nervous
  7. Don't fidget.
  8. Slow down.
