MSB celebrates World Smile Week

 Smile is the universal Language. Sometimes all it takes to make the day better is a smile. Whether it’s just a simple compliment, a cheery hello, or a gift of something small to help brighten their day. World Smile Day encourages you to take action to bring a few more smiles into the world.

The students of class II of MSB Educational Institute Kolkata celebrated World Smile Week by doing several enjoyable activities throughout the week.
The smile week commenced with an act of kindness.The students collected money and helped a person in need to attain his happiness.
The students enjoyed doing a worksheet which enriched their happiness vocabulary . The excited class solved the worksheet with lot of enthusiasm.
As dental hygiene is an integral part of one’s smile. A dental check up was also organised for the primary section. The children were all smiles to have their photo clicked after the check up in the selfie booth.
It is said that art is the best form of expression. A drawing competition was organised on the theme – “Doing little Acts of kindness” as the fourth activity. The students showcased their wonderful talent on paper.
The children also presented a skit in the Friday Dua Presentation on The Joy of  Giving which brightens someone’s day and brings a smile on someone’s face. They gripped the audience’s attention with their amazing  acting talent. The children of the entire section posted a good deed done by them on the Smiley wall. The children of class II also went around giving a smiley sticker to their friends in school thereby spreading happiness.
Last but not the least, laughter provides a full-scale workout for your muscles and unleashes a rush of stress-busting endorphins. ... Laughter therapy aims to get people laughing in both group and individual sessions and can help reduce stress, make people happier and more committed, as well as improve their interpersonal skills.The children were taken out on the ground where they thoroughly enjoyed the laughter therapy.
