Bhavana On Friends Not To Keep

What is the kind of friends you would not like to keep?

• The selfish, emotionally demanding friend:  The selfish, emotionally draining friend will always be in a perpetual turmoil. The conversation usually revolves around their problems and complaints. They will provide an emotional “dump” on you. It’s advisable to avoid them.

• The crumbling friend:   You don’t really need someone who is constantly agreeing to plans and then not turning up. Or someone who just disappears for months at a time, making you wonders if they are unwell.

• Friends who gossip about you:  It’s always irritating to hear your friend has been talking about how much weight you’ve gained, through the grapevine of gossip. Makes you feel real spat.

• The Calculator friend: The problem with this type of friend is that their acts of giving do not come from a genuine place. When dealing with calculative energy, you may end up adjusting your generosity too. They are interested only receiving, not giving.

• The One Man Show: This person is the star of his or her own show. Therefore, everything from the conversations to the cast (this includes you) must revolve around them. This is the friend who will happily talk for hours about their problems, and when it comes to your turn to talk, they will interrupt and maneuver the conversation to go back to them.

• The Drama Queen: Never be in the company of a drama queen. They are interested only in blaming others; never satisfy with whatever they have. They fret over the petty and trivial things and have a way of turning everything into a big deal

I am really happy with my friends. Their too good and really very supportive. They always help me at the time of distress. We always stay united. But sometimes there appears to happen a small arguments. If we say in other words a small fight. But we even come together as soon as possible..We don''t feel comfortable to always stay far from each other..I really have a very good friends.
