Secrets Of People Who Don’t Fall Sick

It’s that season of the year when everyone around you is falling sick, save for a few people. How do they manage to stay fit? Maybe, because they follow a healthy lifestyle. Here’s how you can be like them.

Wash your hands frequently: Wash your hands for 20 seconds each time while making sure that you remove any trapped dirt in your fingernails. Pat it dry completely with a clean towel.

Consume ginger: Include ginger in your diet as it is said to be a magic herb which helps in many gastrointestinal issues. It is also great for digestion.
Have garlic: Garlic is a good source of antioxidants; it helps in boosting immunity and is effective in fighting inflammation. Add it to dal and curries.

Up Vitamin C intakeResearch has shown that taking vitamin C through your diet or supplements can help you reduce frequency of cold and cough.

Stay optimistic: This isn’t merely hearsay. Studies have shown that people who look at glass as half full produce antibodies that fight flu more than others who look at the negative side of side. So, stay cheerful and help your body and mind.
