Ritvik Baweja: How Can We Overcome Nepotism?

With the increasing favoritism growing in every field of work, it has now become difficult for a common man to get a good job or post without so called 'Jugaad'.
People in positions give way to their relatives and acquaintances. Don’t you think this malpractice of nepotism is unconstitutional? Not only it hinders the right to progress but also deprives a common man from achieving new goals and getting good jobs. Be it Bollywood or some big IT company, nepotism is everywhere.
Political nepotism should also not be laid apart when discussing about the problem of nepotism. In my opinion the problem of favoritism should be looked upon by the court as a serious matter and not be ignored. I feel that if a country needs to develop, its citizens should have equal opportunities of growth. What do you think regarding this matter?
