Misbah: Are You Addicted To Gadgets?

Gadgets like mobile phones, tablets, computers etc. can lead to both physical and mental exertion on children. According to a study children gain weight and develop all sorts of vision problems due to long exposure to gadgets.

Addiction can be defined as a compulsive need for a person to a particular activity, in this case using gadgets. This can affect people of all age groups  across different sections of people. Apart from causing physical damage to our eyes and psychological damage to our brains, these gadget screens severely affect our routine functions such as sleep. A number of people who can't stay without their gadgets and have a habit of scrolling through their phones or tablets at night even end up being sleep deprived.

But as we know, in today's world almost everything is connected, so, it is not possible to completely shut down from it. My only advice is to use your gadgets but to do it with caution and not over do it.

I use gadgets daily but i never let them get the better of me because i know that the mobile is for us , we are not for the mobile. But I spend around 2 hours daily using these gadgets like TV,mobile phones, etc. But with adequate rst and intervals ,I keep it under control.

Ah ! Such a interesting topic to debate about Misbah ! Gadgets are so addictive . It looks attractive and that''s why we get addicted to it . How much ever we are gonna try to eliminate them from our lives , it still finds a way into our lives . They just make us more distracted from our goals . At this teen age we should be more focused on our goals and ambitions and not on the silly gadgets .

I TOO SEE MANY YOUNG CHILDREN IN MALLS AND OTHER SHOPPING CENTERS WHO ARE ADDICTED TO GADGETS AND DO NOT EAT WITHOUT A PHONE IN THEIR HAND. THESE ACTIONS CAN BRING MANY OUTCOMES IN YOUNG CHILDREN !
