Hemalatha.G: Is This Society Becoming 'Man Hater'?

Earlier, women didn't get enough freedom, which brought out true feminists. Now, women are coming to the forefront. They are almost equal to or a step forward to men. But there are a few areas where empowerment of this gender is lagging behind. On the other hand, feminism has also led to some women hating men, which is a shallow thought process. We aren't able to accept that, men hating is not the way to equalise the power Is it the right thing to do? What's your opinion?

"Hatred" can never bring about harmony. Feminism has not reached every part of the world but at the same time, feminism is being used as a weapon in some cases (eg.for extortion) leading to the society hating men. We have arrived at an era where misandry and misogyny coexist. This is indicating a change, but whether it is positive or negative, we cannot say. I am not against feminism, but I strongly oppose extremist feminism. Becoming aware of this fact is important for all of us.

Women, after a lot of struggle, have reached where they are now. But having the experience of facing gender inequality, women should not repeat the same with men. But i haven''t heard of such cases. But if there are such slight variations in equality between both genders, then they should be corrected before history repeats itself with the opposite gender.

I absolutely agree, people tend to think that ''hating men'' is what feminism is all about whereas I think feminism is about equality in all fields.

I agree that woman has suffered lot in past. After so much of struggle woman came in front with their talent in the world..Womans are not less than man..Womans have struggle for thie rights.Womans know about the inequality between two genders.I have not heared such cases but if its happen by chance. Than we need to correct it before hand . It''s a time to change.
