Aditi: Why Must We Always Be Optimistic?

A flame burns...
The optimist,
Sees the light it makes,
And the heat it creates.

The Pessimist,
Sees the oxygen it consumes,
And the wax turn to fumes.

Which are you?

The word ‘Optimism’ comes from the Latin word ‘Optimus’ which means Best. It means, looking for the best in every situation and hoping that things will turn out well in the future.

Optimistic people do not give up easily rather they turn the adversity into opportunity. Optimism is the most important human trait because it allows us to improve our life and hope for a better tomorrow. It is 100 per cent true that optimism can make you feel happier and healthier.

Some people grumble because roses have thorns but I am thankful that the thorns have roses. Life is filled with problems. How we face these challenges, this decides our future. Always remember, every cloud has a silver lining.
                In optimism, there is magic,
                In pessimism, there is nothing.

So always have a positive attitude in tough times. Never give up, learn from your mistakes and then move on. There is a famous proverb:-
No matter how cold the winter,
                Spring is sure to follow.

So always remember – “optimism is a like a happiness magnet.” If you stay positive, good people and good things will be drawn towards you.

“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.”

Life is 10 per cent what happens to us and 90 per cent how we respond. Life has no remote…. Get up and change it yourself.

My friends, Love is better than anger, Hope is better than fear and Optimism is better than despair.

So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic.
