Abhishek Wants To Know If Celebs Are Superior Than Us?

Recently Rishi Kapoor slapped a journalist during Ganesh Visarjan. A video purportedly showing actor Rishi Kapoor and his brother Randhir Kapoor slapping and pushing a few journalists during Ganpati ‘visarjan’ (immersion) on Thursday is doing the rounds online. In the video, Randhir is seen ‘slapping’ a reporter, who seems to be approaching him for an audio byte, while Rishi is seen ‘pushing’ a man who approaches him for a selfie. It is not clear, however, if he was from the media or just a fan. I would like to know whose fault was it? Are celebs superior than us? Share your opinions

No, celebrities are not at all superior. It is we who creates them. If we are not accepting their movies they will not be bannered as celebrities. More over our country is a democratic country where all are equal. Ganesh Puja is done to get the blessings of Lord Ganesha and I don’t think Lord will be happy to see such a behavior from his disciples .

Zainab Sharif Springfields School

No, these celebs are not superior than us , they just get more attention and thats all

Harini MS NAGARJUNA VIDYANIKETAN

Celebs are not at all superior to us, it''s only the way they are presented and the way they are publicized. If we were to slap someone during festivals, it would just be a fight in the site and then would be forgotten. But that cannot be done to celebs because of the security they are with and because those fights would land us in jail.

NO,nobody is superior than the other. These are only social inequalities which lead to these differences.God has created everyone equal. The matter is just that some actors are full of pride and vanity because of their name and fame in the society. They think they are God and this the place they loose their respect in the eyes of public. The incident left everyone spell-bounded.Moreover,there should be some punishment filed against the insolent behavior of the actors.

All people born in this world have equal rights. I don''t think it was the fault of the journalist as he was only doing his job. The big shots because of their pride do things the wrong way. They must know that all humans are the same and the world does not treat anyone specially.

No, celebrities are not at all superior. How can these celebrities forget, that it is the public who have made them popular? Slapping/pushing a common man, cannot be considered good on the part of such reputed actors on such a pious occasion of Ganesh immersion. This is not done!

All our equal under the eyes of the law. If law was to be prevail in this issue, surely the celebrity would be guilty. Just being an actor does not mean that you can rule over the planet, neither can you degrade the dignity of other people. If the strength of common is collective, I am sure they can outnumber all the celebrities in terms of talent and respect.

Partly,we cannot disagree that it is the media''s fault. They are always trying to get every bit of information about celeb''s life.I think even celebrities are common people and at times, even they need privacy. So media can be irritating for them while they are trying to do a common religious practice like visarjan. But then even the actors should keep themselves calm and should not be so violent in public

JIYA TOMAR B G S NATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL

Well I too think that it is insane to call celebrities ''superior'' to us, because, Who are these celebrities without an audience or spectators to look and awe at ? Why is it that we tend to presume them as people with Supernatural talents and skills who can allure anybody with their calibre?? And speaking of it candidly, it is we who actually promote this belief and this brings them immense glory and pride that they naturally tend to misuse and therefore, feel that they can do anything .

Vishnu Varthan J Bethel Mat Hr Sec School

No human in this world is superior. All born as human and die as human. It is human who see those celebs as superiors. It is only our mind and the way we see them.

Aditi Sahi D C MODEL SCH PKL-SEC-7

No,they aren''t superior,we all are equal but it is us only who make them superior and give them all that attention.

Mansi Borade PADUA HIGH SCHOOL-MANKHURD

no, celebrities are not superior than us because they are only famous for their creations for us in fact we are better than them .

Archisha Ghosh VIDYA VALLEY

WE HAVE MADE THE CELEBRITIES SPECIAL they are not special but may be inferior than a normal people. But our society has created the aura around them and created their image as superior. Most of the times the celebrities take the advantages of it and get rid of many obvious situation

Dhruvi Moliya Hillwoods school

Humans are only celebs and all humans are equal .They are successful at there level and we at our level .

Dhriti soni ANAND NIKETAN SATELLITE

No, they are not at all superior. They are also humans and not people from heavens. It is all made by the people. If we don''t give attention to them, they would be nothing. So they also depend on us so they are not at all superior.

Brenda Marshal PADUA HIGH SCHOOL-MANKHURD

No they are not superior than us. Because they are celebs they just get more attention and attractive for the people in the surroundings. By the way we are the actual ones who make them celebs......

Brenda Marshal PADUA HIGH SCHOOL-MANKHURD

I have always observed that if a celebrity appears to the people that just jump and become happy like mad. But we are the ones who make them special. If we don''t accept their talents then they will not be known as celebrity. They will then become simple citizens. So WE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THEM CELEBS AND SPECIAL.

Nishi Upadhyay BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL (SWASTHYA VHR)

No certainly not because we are the ones who made them what they are.
