Kuber: Saving Earth Is In Our Hands

Once Leo Tolstoy said, "one of the first conditions of happiness is that the link between human and nature shall not be broken," but today we are just doing its opposite.

The mankind has possessed great threat to its survival. Anything added into the environment that results in producing harmful or poisonous effect on living things is called pollution. Due to which the natural cycle of environment gets disturbed which harms none other than the humans only.

There are various types of pollution like air pollution, the release of chemicals and particulates into the atmosphere like chlorofluorocarbon, carbon monoxide produced by various industries and vehicles. Water pollution affects the life of marine animals due to run off from many gutters and industries. Acid rain is also is a major part of water and air pollution. Another major form of pollution is soil pollution caused by the presence of harmful chemicals in it which is caused by industrial activities agricultural chemicals or improper disposal of waste. Along with these other forms of pollution are noise pollution, plastics pollution, radioactive contamination and much more.

Only humans could stop the environmental pollution and maintain the link between us and the environment. Human beings are considered as the most intelligent living beings on Earth, however, this intelligence has only resulted in the degradation of environment. This is caused by various activities like globalisation, burning of fossil fuels, poor disposal of waste, use of pesticides, uses of artificial light and sound etc. Every individual has a responsibility of protecting the mother earth not only by preventing pollution, but also by planting trees and nurturing nature.

True, I feel we should think of this problem very seriously. The problem is rising day-by-day as our situation of our Earth is getting. Without any action, one day, we human beings will be saying that cutting trees was not all being intelligent. Although almost the whole would would be destroyed, and there was no changing it back.

I agree to this fact. The condition of Earth is getting verse everyday. We must definitely find a solution for this issue. We are the major cause for the Earth''s condition, so lets rectify this mistake we are committing by planting more trees and stop polluting.
