Aparna Sharma Write On The Need To Handle Depression

Is it right to end life just because the parents are tough on you, or you are afraid of scoring less in the exams or because you are fed of something?  Is it right on our part to inflict this kind of pain on people who love us? No! No, not at all.  Whenever you are in trauma, try to overcome it because your family loves you a great deal.

Depression is somethings that is taking lives of many students these days. It is important that we realize our self worth and try to cope up with situations. I truly agree with Aparna Sharma sharing that our bad thoughts about parents or being afraid of exams is not true. One must cope up with the problems of life and have a role model to grow, so to improve and achieve success rather being miserable about odds.

Many of the times, depression results in suicides. I agree with you, Aparna. It''s not right to take end life because of an issue which depresses oneself. One should ivercome it and be happy!

When someone is depressed they don''t take benefitable decisions. One can cry a lot louder, but being depressed and not expressing something is dangerous. But before taking your lives think about the loved one and the eternal power!

I agree. Since the past decade, there has been a tremendous increase in suicide rates due to depression in teenagers. It is excruciatingly depressing that the future enlightened citizens of India are getting trapped into the vicious cycle of depression. I feel that the parents have to be amicable with their children and counselors should be in each and every school.

Our beloved scold us because they have concern on us they want us to be perfect because the mistakes made by a person only can be corrected during our childhood if there is none to correct our mistakes he/she continues the same in their future. So on the concern of us our parents scolds. Each person should not take it as a scolding he should think it as a best advice.I think it''s not right to end life for just a silly reason. If it is complicated also do not take your family to risk.

Heres a tip if you are depressed. Watch anime, it will open your eyes to the world and show you there are people who have suffered more than you, but have stayed strong and overcame all of their struggles to become legends. It also allows you to relate yourself with the character and learn how to improve yourself. If you do watch, you will understand what I mean and you do agree with me.

.....Sadness is just a normal human emotion. Depression on the other hand, is an abnormal emotional state, a mental illness that affects our thinking, emotions, perceptions, and behaviors in pervasive and chronic ways. What we generally perceive is sadness. Feeling depressed can be a normal reaction to loss, life''s struggles, or an injured self-esteem but irregular levels of hopelessness lasting for more than a week means one has depression and should probably go to a doctor...

Dilsher Singh Chatha Bhavan Vidyalaya Panchkula

Yes depression has resulted in many deaths till now and may result in more if not stopped . People die and their relatives sob . It''s almost weekly in the news about one or the other person dying of depression.
