Aadrit: Terrorism Has No Religion

Terrorism is a global menace. It is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. Every year it is claiming thousands of innocent lives around the the globe.

Our country has also not been spared. We often associate terrorism with the religion of Islam but that is not correct . Groups like IRA, FLQ, ISIS are all the same — terrorists motivated by socio-political goals, not spiritual aspirations.

Militants, not men of faith. So we must know our real enemy. It is the extreme-leaning people of all backgrounds and not they don't rather they can't belong to a particular section of the society. TERRORISM HAS NO RELIGION!

It is a poisonous rust that is gradually eroding peace, harmony and happiness from this world. It is another name of being unkind, and evil. It is time that we all come together and join hands to bring an end to terrorism. For that education is first and foremost necessary. Hope you all share the same thought? With condolences for all those who were a victim of terrorism. Name- Aadrit Banerjee Class- IX / B Apeejay School, Saltlake

Distressing... Unsettling... Gruesome. These are the words you associate with terrorism. Terrorism isn''t defined as an act of mass murder, it is the act of instilling fear or terror (as the term rightly suggests) in people''s minds. Be it the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks or the 9/11 Al Qaeda terror attacks in the US, property and life has been lost in huge numbers. What pleasure can one derive by killing his/her fellow humans? It''s time we take a step to teach such nincompoops a lesson.

Terrorism truly said has no religion .Every now and then we are hearing about terrorist actions which are aimed only at destabilizing a country and it''s affairs . Terrorism in no way should be linked to any particular religion

Its very true and people must understand how big this problem is

I agree aadrit

Terrorism at large cannot be classified into religion, but taking recent terrorist activities into account we can significantly see that most of them are executed by Islamic followers in the name of god. Take the example of London Bridge attack where the attackers stabbed the people reciting lines in Arabic. But talking on a overall point of view terrorism at large cannot be blamed upon one religion

Gnyanesh Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Ch

TERRORISTS HAVE A RELIGION. THEY FIGHT FOR THEM. THEN IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THEY HAVE A RELIGION. BUT THEY ALWAYS AIM ON THEIR TARGET ALWAYS. THEY SACRIFICE THEMSELVES FOR THEIR AIM AND DO NOT LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES, THIS IS WHY WE SAY TERRORISTS DO NOT HAVE A RELIGION. BUT THEY HAVE RELIGION.

Amogha M Koulapure STJ PU COLLEGE

it is good which will not intertire religion in this matter. If it is interfiring the religion matter it may be very harmful. Even we should stop terrorosm as it is very bad.

P.VAMSI Nalanda Vidya Niketan
