Bakshish Arora's "Yes, I Am A Girl"

The devils, the evils rebel against me,
Yet I have learnt to conquer them.

The forces,the pressure overpower me,
Yet I retain the strength to bear them.

Tough unbeatable me
Can beat the sorrowful storm in my way.

Hard core, independent me,
Can defeat the dark with my enlightened rays.

You percept I am meek,
But I am powerful than you

You percept I am scared,
But foolish are you.

I am tolerant, but can roar
Louder enough to burst your ears,
My screams can bring you fears.

Let me warn you If I can give birth,
I can also drag you to death.

If I can love,
can also snatch away your breath.
I'm not weak but coward are you.

You think you're great,
but shamefully shallower are you.

If I know to respect,
I am strong to deteoriate your being.

Hey man, I am precious
Keep me as pearl
Or welcome the end of yours,
Because yes I am a girl.

very nice poem.even today girls are treated bad. if you are a girl you have wide blocs of topic ranging from what you should wear to what you should eat and how you should to walk to how you should talk and how should you smile and never frown and how fair you must be to find the right one . you''re never independent b''cause that''s not your job your purpose in life is to act with the crowd and its almost just sad how normal this sounds b''cause we are thought to adapt instead of speak up!
