Do You Think Excessive Memes On Politicians And Political Issues Are Inappropriate?

Well, memes on politicians and political issues are fine to an extent but nowadays they are becoming too many in number and that sometimes can be boring. There’s a lot happening in other areas like the glamour world, sports, et al and much can be done on these fronts too.

Yes, excessive memes on political issues is in bad taste in these times of social media diplomacy. This is a time when we should be allowed to follow our own ideology and our own opinion. Also memes could lead to unnecessary altercation with friends who may have different perspectives.

No. Memes are a form of expression. We must take it as a light sense of humour. Also many times, memes make us aware about what’s going on around us. Certain gaffes that politicians have made need to be turned into memes so that they realise what they say and do is under constant scrutiny.

I feel that in spite of their shortcomings, politicians are in a position of authority and deserve some respect. Uploading excessive memes on these important figures may be for the sake of entertainment but they are still, inappropriate. Memes can spread like wildfire on popular media platforms and so, tagging politicians from respectable positions into them is not apt.

I don''t think that memes should be taken that seriously and called in for something offensive. They are a form of expression. Memes are totally made for fun purpose and sometimes sarcastically makes us realize the actual scenario.
