10 Hot Android Smartphones That Got Price Cuts Recently

With numerous smartphone getting launched each month, brands always adjust prices to give slightly competitive edge to older smartphone models and also to clear inventories. Here are 10 smartphones that got price cuts recently.


Vivo V3

Vivo has slashed the price of its recently launched smartphone V3.Launched at Rs 17,980 the handset is now available at a price tag of Rs 14,980.


Reliance Lyf Flame series

Reliance recently slashed the prices of its Lyf Flame smartphones by 25%.

While the Lyf Flame 4, Flame 5, and Flame 6 now carry a price tag of Rs 2,999, which is Rs 1,000 less than the original price, the Flame 2 is now available for 3,499, a discount of Rs 1,300 on the original price.

Motorola Moto X

Motorola Moto X Play is currently selling at Rs 16,499. The smartphone was launched at Rs 16,999.

The device is among the cheapest smartphones to offer IP68 waterproofing and a 21MP camera.


Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge


Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge now costs as low as Rs 40,000. It was launched at Rs 58,900.


Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen)

Moto G (3rd-gen) 16GB now bears a price tag of Rs 9,999.

The price cut was announced after Motorola recently launched the Moto G4 Plus in India.


Xiaomi Mi 4

Xiaomi announced a massive price cut for its older flagship Mi 4.

The cost of the device is down to Rs 10,999 from Rs 14,999.


Reliance Lyf Wind 6 and Water 2

Reliance has also reduced the prices of its Lyf Wind 6 and Water 2 smartphone.

While the Lyf Wind 6 now cost Rs 5,999 the Water 2 received a massive discount of Rs 4,000 bringing the cost of the phone to Rs 9,499.


LG G4

LG’s last year flagship G4 has received a big price cut as well.

It is now available for just Rs 34,999.


OnePlus 2

The 16GB version of OnePlus 2 now costs Rs 20,999, while the 64GB version is available for Rs 22,999.

The OnePlus 2 16GB variant was launched in India at Rs 22,999, while the 64GB variant was priced at Rs 24,999.


Lenovo Vibe S1

Lenovo Vibe S1 smartphone was launched at Rs 15,999 and is now available for Rs 12,999, exclusively on Amazon India.

It features a 5-inch full-HD display of 1080x1920 pixel resolution and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.
