Is There A God? Your Answers!

Some believe that there is and always shall be an Almighty, a super power that exists within us and in this world. While there are others who question the practical existence of God as that "power" who guides everyone. We asked students about their thoughts on this eternal question - Is there a God? To some, God may exist in forms, but to some it may just be beliefs, faith and the inner self while to some, it may just be a way of life.

I would personify God as an Almighty. Someone or something that lies within everyone or even in the rocks that people carve into statues or that exists beyond scientific explanation, is God to me. I'm no staunch practitioner of my religion, but I do respect, follow and question it equally. God is that hope that everyone seek. God is faith, hope, goodness and that ray of sunshine that brings light to the many lives of people in my country, and even brings together people or even does the exact opposite of it.

I don't believe in the existence of the Universe's "Father figure" but I strongly believe in vibrations and energies. Sometimes, people claim to have seen or felt God but I do not believe any of that because people see what they want to see. God is nothing but energy. A power that is holding things together. A power that is always around us to protect us.

God is an omnipresent and omnipotent power. A positive energy that governs the universe and all living beings. It strengthens our willpower to achieve our goals in life. God can be seen in all living beings and every wonder which has no logic behind, but still the miracle can be seen felt and touched.

Yes because I think it creates a sense of fear of something in this world. And also it creates a faith and trust in someone in who maybe you can confront any you wish without it to be spilt out. Yes, god exists. There is no fundamental proof for it which makes the existence of god very ambiguous and sensitive question as the answer entirely depends on your perception of being alive. The unvarnished truth that we humans will not be able to fathom the physical presence does not stop one from believing in this, undefined divine power. Even though we do not know god's form of being, it is commendable when one keeps faith in an energy, which is held to be responsible for life, and I think that this way believing in god is brilliant. I would never personify god, because god is energy. Just the way we don't make lava idols for heat energy, it is comical when people represent god in anthropoid figures just to satisfy their thirst for appearance. No one has ever seen god, so making presumptions is not the way you devote yourself towards the almighty. The vagueness of worshiping the unseen is demanding... but teaching yourself to believe in omnipresence rather than objectification, is a true art.
