Four Cricketers That Overcome Physical Odds

 

1. Martin Guptil

At age 13 , His foot was crushed by a Forklift . Doctors had to Amputate 3 toes on his left feet . At age 22  he makes ODI debut for New Zealand , became the only New Zealand batsmen to score double hundred in ODI cricket .




2. Pat Cummins 

As a kid Cummins sister slammmed a door on his finger  . Doctors had to Amputate the tip of his right middle finger .  At age 18 made test debut for Australia 




3. BS Chandrasekhar

As a kid , Polio affected his right arm . He couldn't keep his arm up for long , so bowled quick leggies . At aged 19 , Chandra made test debut for India .



4. Jonty Rhodes 


At aged 6 ,  Rhodes kept falling and getting knocked out . He was diagnosed with Epilepsy . At Aged 22 made test debut for South Africa . He was known the best fielder of the world in his cricket career .
