Academicians from across the globe came together to author a student- centric learning curriculum for higher education on December 21 at Bengaluru for the Principals' conclave organised by Atria University, Bangalore on 'Bridging the gap between schools and colleges'. It was a meticulously planned conclave to understand and equip students with various 21st century skills, discuss the gaps and to prepare them for higher education so that students experience a smooth sailing from school to college.
The welcome note was given by Sunder Raju, founder, Atria University. He thanked all the leaders in and across Bangalore for breaking the regular busy routine and explained the vision of the university, that is to provide a platform to empower the under graduates with innovative methods.
The tone of the conclave was set by the keynote speaker Dr. Babi Mitra, executive director, New Engineering Education Transformation at MIT, on "Transforming Engineering Education".

The forth session was based on 'Evaluating and Evaluation' which highlighted the ways of evaluating students and teachers at different levels. The day ended with an incredible activity of learning and playing the violin in just 40 minutes. With this, the Atria University proved that everything is possible if the way of teaching is revolutionary and made enjoyable. The vote of thanks was addressed by Shaheem Rahiman, chief executive officer, Atria University, for making the session valuable and meaningful by their presence. Everybody wished Atria a grand success in helping the nation become future ready by producing futuristic engineers.
