Be The Leader You Would Follow

Leadership is basically the ability of a person to lead others. A good leader will always be the first one to do what he wants his people to do. He is like an influence to his people leading them in the path which will give them success.

A leader does not have to be someone of great importance or status, a leader can be any individual who has a sense of responsibility and always strives for the betterment of others. There are people who call themselves leaders despite their involvement in various wrongs to receive a good name and praise from the people. Such acts change the prospect of others towards leaders.

However, a good leader will always know what is right and will follow it even though it might have a negative impact on himself. They know how to respect themselves and others, and are always responsible for their actions. Leadership is not a title or a status it’s the action and example for others to follow.  A leader has the confidence to stand alone and take tough decisions.

One is not born a leader but becomes a leader by his actions and integrity. A good leader will never take credit of the good that he does but will always take the blame of the bad he or his team does. A leader does not have to tell people that he’s the leader, it’s the people who begin to follow him as a leader. A leader shows his people the place they never thought existed and if any leader has the ability to do this he has succeeded in becoming the good leader.

A good leader with weak people can defeat a weak leader with great people. That is the power of a leader.  A leader does not panic and blame his people for their loss but stays calm and waits for the right moment. Patience is the most important jewel a leader can possess. A leader who is always remembered and whose teachings are always followed is a successful leader.
