Feel The Joy Of Giving This Diwali

Who doesn’t enjoy splurging on themselves, especially during the festive season? We decorate our homes, buy new clothes, eat great food and spend lots of time with family and friends. The celebrations, however, are incomplete till the time we’ve brought a smile to the face of a person who cannot afford the luxuries we can, and that’s the beauty of this festival of prosperity, the more you give, the more you shall receive. So, open your hearts and spread happiness at these NGOs for children.

Delhi Council For Child Welfare:
The Delhi Council For Child Welfare (DCDW) provides basic facilities like shelter, medical care, nutrition, rehabilitation and education to young children. They run various programmes for orphan and disabled children, most of which are run using donations. You can donate for these certified programmes, sponsor a child or buy them new clothes this Diwali. They are also giving you a chance to have a meal with the kids between 24th and 28th October. All you need to do is call them and book your slot in advance.

It truly gives education a new dimension by fostering the simple habit of reading which in turn paves the way for a confident, informed and aware individual. A newspaper that inspires young minds and equips them to face challenges of today’s world, making way for global citizens.

Empowering students with new cutting-edge knowledge through various educative and informative activities is a commitment and tradition of Times NIE. On a significant scale Times NIE comprises diverse interesting activities and events that boost the child’s passion for learning, while revealing hidden talent.

While you are aware that The Times of India is among the leading English Newspapers across the world, it has consummated its position as an everlasting winner. With several international awards and recognitions to its credit, The Times of India and Times NIE have validated an enduring tradition of setting the highest benchmarks in every respect.
