Eat Only 6 French Fries!

Is there really a limit to the number of french fries you can eat in one single go? Or worse, is there somebody who can resist the temptation of french fries?

Are you addicted to eating fries?
While we all know how unhealthy and full of calories french fries are, yet, it is difficult to resist the taste and crunchiness! You can actually get addicted to eating those crispy potato fries and ordering a burger without it is just impossible!

Cut down on your number!
As impossible as it is to stop eating them altogether, there really is a number you should ideally eat in a serving if you want to ward off any health risk.

The study
According to a Harvard Professor T.H. Chan, just restricting yourself to six french fries a day is the key to staying healthy in the long run. Talking about the same, professor suggested that 6 pieces of fries along with a healthy salad will help balance nutrition.

They are not so bad though
Potatoes, although are a good source of nutrition can be extremely bad for you depending on how you consume them. French fries, which are made of ripe potatoes carry upwards of 200 calories in a plate, apart from the starch and excess salt.

Want an alternative? Try sweet potato fries!
Unlike the humble potato, sweet potatoes are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fiber and also lesser on calories, which is a better alternative and taste just as nice as your regular potato fries!
