Niharika: Does Magic Truly Exist?
A Still From Harry Potter Film

Well, we are all familiar with this word, often used in fairy tales. But what do we actually mean when we use the term magic?

Anything whose existence is unbelievable is magic. Is that what it means, that you studied for your exam but you think your exam didn’t go well yet you got full marks, 'OMG! Magic! It’s god’s grace that I achieved it!'

If it is so then magic is not really that exciting as it sounds. It is a proof that you don’t believe in yourself, in your actions or you don’t believe in the adventures that life offers. Why do you think he would let you get full marks if you did not deserve it? We consider his actions to be the result of what we have done.

Think about it, what you never imagined would happen, happens and you see it as magic. No my dear, this is not magic, this is the fruit you got after cultivating the seed of hard work. Something which is said to have taken place because of magic is surely what you could not have imagined as a result of your hard work.

People say that if you wish for something with a true heart you will get it. Is that the only condition? Well, if I were God, I would also think if you deserve it fair and square and if you have got the abilities for it. So, don’t judge the power and strength of your abilities by magic. They are far beyond that, and you would be able to see them only if you believe in yourself and have faith in your actions. Those are the eyes you need to have to see them and you would only possess these eyes if you stop comparing yourself and your achievements to others’ and see yourself as a unique person.

No one in this entire universe is just like you; they may be similar to you but you are the one and only, you are not even a limited edition but the masterpiece in the world’s museum. And life has a chest of treasures for each and every one, it’s just that some chest open early and some late. Just, have a little patience and wait for yours to open and then you will dance whole heartedly in the rain of what people call ‘Magic’!

Well, we are all familiar with this word, often used in fairy tales. But magic does not exist according to science. Even if something unbelievable happens then it''s just an unrevealed/Undiscovered fact which seems to be some magical effect. People should understand and not believe myths.
