Manish: Can We Save Mother Earth Or Is It Too Late?

Yeah that’s true. It’s we humans who are killing our mother Earth. There’s nothing shocking in it. We have been reading hundreds of articles on pollution and its harmful effects. We have brought enough awareness in people but the main problem is that no one is taking a serious action on it. They read the articles and ignore it and forget it in next few days.

Do you know 99.9% species have gone extinct due to human activities and we are pumping 2.4 million pounds of CO2 into the air everyday. This proves that the end of the world is not so far. Of course we should forget the main factor of all these things that’s nothing but deforestation. Seven billion trees are cut down each year. That isn’t a small number right?

But still there are few chances left to save our planet earth. In order to save our planet we must reduce the use of vehicles. Using public transportation not only reduces the pollution but also the traffic. We all must plant at least 1 sapling in our backyard or in the nearby park or on the roadside. This helps in increasing oxygen in our atmosphere.

We must even spread the harmful effects of CO2 and bring awareness in the people and make tomorrow better than today. We must remember one thing earth is not only for humans it’s the home of many species and they have the rights to live on earth and we are given no rights to harm them. We must make use of nature, that’s true but we should not destroy the nature and make use of it!

I think that it is not too late to protect our mother earth. There are many people who are working hard to protect our environment. An example of such person is PROF. VASUDEVAN ,also known as plastic man of India. He discovered the idea of building roads by plastic.Like him there are many people in the world who realize the importance of nature and work hard to protect it. Like adults, even children who are aware of nature''s importance try to do their best.So everyone must work in unity.
