Haseeb: Are You A Grown-up Or An Adult?

A very few teens have an interest in special fields like studies, learning, singing, dancing and so on but most of them have a mindset that they are 'teenagers'. They think that they are adults. Even a mild thought that they are adults turns out to be bad for them.

Many psychological studies have shown that teenage is the most dangerous phase in a child’s life and this is because during this phase a lot of hormonal changes takes place which makes them considerably curious and stressful.

There is a difference between thinking that they are adults and thinking that they are grown-ups. Being a grown-up means you are responsible, hardworking, and still not an adult. The thought that they are an adult is the thought that makes a person think that he or she is always right and knows everything, even more than their parents.

If you think about it, you do fall in the group that leads to curiosity. This type of curiosity may lead to things which are not right.

True, ''teenage'' is indeed a very taxing and difficult phase of life. The much needed people in this phase are our parents and not friends.
