YES,Focus on what you’re doing right: As rough as your life is right now, you haven’t fallen off the edge, and this is not just by chance. Key is to remember that humans are remarkably capable. Because depression can cloud your judgement, it can be tempting to overemphasize the negative aspects of situations, while discounting the positives. Action-plan: At the end of the day, write down three things you did well. No need to overthink this, and no act of taking the high road is too small.

I believe that a person alone cannot fight depression. Once depressed he tries to move away from others. we should try to motivate them to communicate with others . This can help in solving his problems and will reduce his depression.

i feel that at such point in your life no one can help you better than you . You should make yourself busy enough that you don''t have time to think about the stuff that makes you depressed or sad and if you will not give your time to such things automatically they will stop bothering you slowly.

Punching on the same sand bag, it''ll be torn and the sand will be spread all over. The condition of a person who can never come out of the past is the same. One must start living in the present with hope for future, which actually energizes to come out of stress and overcome the depression. Youngsters must be motivated by illustrating about the real-life situations and crisis, which they''ve to overcome moving to light from dark shade.
