"Will There Ever Be An End To The War In Syria?, "questions Susila Suresh

Syria’s civil war appears to be unstoppable. In four years, it has killed 2,50,000 people and displaced half the country’s pre-war population. When will it end?  When will the children in Syria go to school in peace and their parents won’t have to bother about their safety? Will there ever be an end to the war?

Well of course there will be an end. But considering the ISIS threat to that region, you may as well say that Syria will be peaceful after ISIS is gone, somehow. But even that wouldn''t be true as after that, the ''regular'' civil war will continue and if geo-political powers such as the USA and Russia do not find a way to cooperate, who knows when Syria might be peaceful again? he question though, is not ''if'', but ''when''.

Indeed, the wars in Syria have spoiled the lives of the children there. As the supreme judge of the world, I think the United Nations has to play a role in bringing peace in the country and grant justice for the people.

If the environment in which the kids of Syria grow continues to be like this then I don''t think that there is going to be end to their miseries. The kids are influenced to become the members for various terrorist organisation. When they themselves become the terror, they are gonna end the generation not the terror.

Of coarse there will be an end to this war , even if terrorists have wiped out half of its population they will never be able to suppress the entire nation . One day the people in Syria will put an end to this and Syria will emerge as a happy and free nation.

Why don''t we as citizens of India try to bring a change in our own little world rather than accusing the politicians for everything (though they aren''t the honest goody-two shoes)?

my question will be how come Indians can perform in all sports in commonwealth and Asian games but not perform at Olympic level?

If one terrorist organization is gone the other will rise. Let us imagine that ISIS is gone but after that it can other organization rising.

the war will soon come to end . with major powers of the world joining hands to finish off the war by bombing important areas there is an assurety the war will end soon. and the syrian children will have peace and safe future.over the years syrians have already suffered a lot now its the ending .

Heti Desai SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR

Syria itself do not want war to take place in their country but what to say because their government and their enemies ,as they only want war to take place in which their public are harmed. And I am sure that India would surely help Syria in their need for war. And I am sure that it will surely end.

Sure..Obviously there will be an end..And indeed the wars have a great impact on student''s life and education. We must hope that some world organisations will take a serious step towards this burning issue.

It is difficult to end it but yes it can be ended the near future if the entire world thinks on this issue. Even Russia and USA should not fight over it but if it fights together against the ISIS out there then it''s sure that it will be easier to end the war
