Anushka Sharma: Speak To Others About Your Worries

Speaking and sharing things, if you feel tensed, can assist you.  There comes a time in our lives when we feel as if the tough situation has trapped us so bad that we can not think of a way out.  However, if you talk to people, you will realize that the best way to fight is to speak to others about your problems and find a solution.

Nice thought. According to me one of the best way to be relieved from the tensions and different difficulties is to speak out your problem. We might not know but the others may have a solution to our problems and they might help us.

You are correct! But my opinion says that in some cases, infact in the most of the cases, the listener turns out be fake who just mocks you out.

anushka sharma jain bharati mrigavati vidyalaya

true ..didi but i havent mention the person whom to speak out but i mean , talk to a person whom you can trust and that can be aour parents and teachers too.

Aparna Iyer VIDYA VALLEY

Well said , Anushka. We are never alone in anything that we do- tough times will arrive, and we must seek help. Sometimes we feel that we''re faltering in resilience if we don''t fight things out all by ourselves. However, is that practical? When we share our emotions , thoughts and troubles with people we can trust, problems may not get resolved, but we may feel like a load is off our backs. It will make us happy in the long run.

Aparna Iyer VIDYA VALLEY

I share everything with my mother.
