Control Sweating

If you step out of the house you know you're going to sweat and how. Although it is a natural process that occurs so that your body can get rid of toxins, excessive sweating can be caused due to multiple other factors like dirt, pollution, overexposure to heat and even underlying hormonal issues.

Now, not only can excessive sweating be super embarrassing but it could also lead to rashes and other skin related issues. This is why you need to come up with ways to combat this problem. So, apart from using a good deodorant, here are a few home remedies that are sure to come to your rescue if you're sweating too much.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Okay, we're just going to say it out loud. Apple cider vinegar is the ultimate miracle ingredient when it comes to health and skincare. It has multiple health properties one of which includes bringing the pH levels of your body back to normal. Take a cotton ball and soak it in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water until it gets saturated. Then, apply the concoction to the problem areas and go to bed. You'll wake up with zero sweat problems.

Baking Soda

If you're looking to opt for something that's a little more on the safer side, we suggest you go for a baking soda mixture. Just mix some baking soda with a bit of cornflour and a few drops of essential oil. Apply the paste to the problem areas and leave it on for about 20-30 minutes. Once done, wash it off. Baking soda acts as an absorber so it is sure to keep all that sweat at bay.

Black Tea

Black tea is said to have natural astringents which can help combat sweat. So, first you need to brew the tea and then let it cool down to room temperature. Once done, dab the tea on your problem areas and let it sit for a good 20 minutes before rinsing it off.

Potato

Apart from being the most versatile food, potatoes can actually come to your rescue for quite a few skincare related issues and excessive sweating is one of them. Potatoes are said to be natural antiperspirants. So, all you need to do is rub a slice of potatoes on your problem areas before you head out and it should absorb all the sweat from your body.
