5 Ways To Get Great Skin

Teenage years are of immense importance when it comes to what you eat and how you take care of your body. Of course, those burgers and tacos are irresistible but stuffing your body with fried junk will not get you smooth and clear skin.

Here are 5 items you should consider having for #flawlessskin.

Water

Yes, hydration is the simplest of all ways for supple clear skin. There is nothing that can replace the wonders that drinking immense amount of water can do. Drink water  every hour of the day and also keep splashing it on your face for constant cleansing.

Nuts & Seeds

Nuts add that extra crunch and texture to your food and also save you from those hunger pangs during the day. They contain various minerals and Omega 3 fatty acids which  retain skin elasticity. Hence you wouldn’t have to worry about aging or loose skin, if you eat right in your youth.

Leafy goodness

Kale, spinach, cabbage, lettuce - all your leafy intakes are full of antioxidants and minerals which help clearing your skin in many ways. Take cues from Beyoncé and include it in your daily diet.

Berries

Berries are full of anti-oxidants and vitamins that will cleanse and purify your skin. These are packed with fibers and even cure acne. Also, they are yummy treats.

Yoghurt

Yoghurts are great for your daily dairy intake. The probiotic aids digestion which translates to healthier skin. Calcium and protein helps firm your skin too!
