Champions of the JIS, Nagpur

 Dso sqay martial art tournament

The students of Jain International School gave a stellar performance in the Inter- School Sqay Martial Arts Tournament organised by District Sports Office. Pratyush Gawali (classVIII) bagged the first position in U-14 boys category. Suhani Ingle (class VIII) bagged the first position in the U-14 girls category.  Tauqeer Khan (class IX) bagged the first position in the U-17 age boys category. In the U-19 boys category, Gaurav Mohanty (class X) secured the first position. All the students were selected for the divisional level. The students were trained and mentored by Sheikh Javed and Suraj Nagrale , the karate coach under the guidance of Nutan Khaitwas, PTI. 
The management, principal, Anmol Badjatia and the staff appreciated and applauded the students for their stellar performance. 
 

National Karate Championship

The students of Jain International School gave a stellar performance in the national karate championship conducted in Mumbai. Devansh Golhar (class II) bagged the first position in kumite and bagged second position kata in U-7 boys category. Vedant Khandelwar (class II) bagged second position in kata and kumite in U-9 boys category.  In U-10 category, Soham Agrawal (class V) secured the second position in kata, Krishna Gujar (class V) bagged first position in kata whereas in kumite, second position was bagged by Deepak Uttamani (class V).
In U-14 boys category,the first position was secured by Tauqeer Khan (classs IX) whereas in girls category Suhani Ingle (class VIII) bagged the second position in kumite. 
In U-15 boys category, first position was secured by Shubham Laddha  (class X) in Kumite. In U-16 boys category, first position was secured by Gaurav Mohanty (class X) in Kumite. The students were trained and mentored by Sheikh Javed and Suraj Nagrale, the karate coach under the guidance of Nutan Khaitwas, PTI.
