Raees Is A Blockbuster Already

Raees looks raees in all aspects of a cinema! The trailer leaves little for us to say about the movie, not in terms of plot, but rather why you should be watching the film! After playing the psychic lover in 'Darr', the obsessed fan in 'FAN', here's 'Raees', another grey character of King Khan. If you ask us, we are booking our tickets right away for this paisa-vasool Farhan Akhtar - Ritesh Sidhwani production. And for those still not convinced, here are 5 reasons why 'Raees' should be on your must-watch list of movies!

1. Bollywood's Baadshah turns baddie!

Everytime SRK played a negative character, BO report still has been positive! And here's another addition in the list - Raees. The 'King of Romance' sheds his romantic skin as he turns a baddie for his next and with great ease, mind you. The kohl-eyed look, pathani and glasses make for a hot bad guy and we are totally loving it! Raees will have the whistles to the loudest in cinema halls.

2. Music with a touch of retro crime thriller!

As we move past SRK's stellar look in the flick, the second most striking feature is the music. Ram Sampath has done complete justice with his old school music and takes us back to the days of Amitabh Bachchan's 'Don'. It surely is a crowd-puller, to say the least.

3. High on acting - Shah Rukh and Nawaz!

Third and most important element being the presence of two gems of Indian cinema in one frame - Shah Rukh Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Both are an out and out example of versatility and power-packed performances.  Nawaz playing a cop SP Majumdar who is after Raees (SRK) and his bootlegging business will be the perfect way to start your 2017!

4. Double Tadka - Mahira & Sunny

'Raees' will also have Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan romancing each other. Much has been spoken about Mahira's role being chopped, but nothing of that sort is happening. Pakistani beauty Mahira will be a treat to watch and Sunny Leone's item song ' Laila O Laila' is a cherry on the cake. Don't forget to pick your jaws up from the floor when you leave the theatre.

5. Baniye ka dimaag aur Miyanbhai ki daring!

It's a Farhan Akhtar production, expect firecrackers, even verbal explosives! The film has powerful one-liners. Gujarat ki hawa aur SRK ki acting, enough said.
