Learn To Make Oreo Fudge Cupcakes

Who doesn't love digging into a pack of Oreos? Filled with cream and loaded with cocoa, these all-time favourite cookies are now commonly being used in everything from ice-creams to shakes. This recipe of Oreo fudge cupcakes is a treat for all Oreo lovers.
 
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil 
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 tsp baking powder 
1/2 cup cocoa powder 
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
6-7 whole Oreo cookies 

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Whisk the eggs until frothy. 
3. Add the sugar, flour and baking powder and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the butter, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
5. Add this to the rest of the mixture and mix well.
6. Finally add the crushed Oreos to the batter and stir 5-6 times.
7. Grease the cupcake tins with butter and place an Oreo at the bottom of each tin.
8. Fill slightly more than 1/2 tin with batter. 
9. Bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
