Websites For Your Literary Soul

Book lovers, although deathly loyal to their books, are occasionally on the lookout for new worlds to explore. We stumbled upon some amazing websites that open up a whole new world of literature that we're sure every book lover would want to spend hours exploring. From book reviews, to essays and opinion pieces, these websites are unimaginably interesting. Here are the portals you need to check out. And trust us, you're never going to complain about being bored again.

The Millions: Dubbed as the "indispensable literary site" by the New York Times, this is an online magazine that features all kinds of articles covering books, art, and culture. Their in-house writers, as well as guest contributors are prominent names from the literary world.

Book Riot: This website believes that "writing about books, and reading should be just as diverse as books and readers are." They feature all sorts of book-related things: like podcasts, book recommendations, and even a cool subscription box that gets you new books, and book-related merchandise!

Literary Hub: In an effort to organise all the great literary content available on the web, in one place, Literary Hub was created along with its editorial partners, which include many publishers from across the literary spectrum.

The Nervous Breakdown: The coolest thing about the Nervous Breakdown is the "self-interview" series, where authors provide an insight into what they think about themselves. It's also a great place to catch up on some beautiful poetry.

Electric Literature: Electric Literature features interviews, book lists, short stories, poems and more. And it is also a non-profit that manages to pay all its writers! The fact that it gives back not only to the entire literary community, but its own team as well, makes us love it more!

Page-Turner: The book blog of The New Yorker, Page-Turner could not go wrong. And thankfully for us, it doesn't. With a superb monthly podcast, daily roundups and stellar essays, the website lives up to its parent publication's standards.

The Paris Review Daily: This daily blog of the highly respected The Paris Review (which comes out only a couple times a year) has some interesting columns, great book recommendations, and book reviews that couldn't be more accurate.

I think the ''book riot'' was the best..one more you could''ve added-- Pottermore, it is a wonderful website for all harry potter fans...loved the website, but since it is only for harry potter fandom, its limited but its great. I also think '' Electric Literature is a good one.''

I feel, The Nervous Breakdown and English Literature are the most interesting and I am definitely going check out all the websites
