Should Indians Worry About H-1B Visa?

Donald Trump has listed immigration reform among the executive actions, he plans on his first day in office. Should Indian job seekers worry about changes to the H-1B visa?

Immigration reforms by president Donald Trump should be feared by the people who hold H1-B work visas. During his campaign Trump was vocal about his plans. This will make it tougher for the current generation which is planning to work in the US. Extreme decisions will affect the quality of the workforce in America.

Trump has made a lot of tall claims during his campaign as a ploy to sway voters; he may not actually go with them when he gets to office. However, immigration laws must be tightened so that only deserving candidates can gain employment instead of anyone who just ‘wishes’ to cross over.

Trump has always created controversy during his campaign – so it’s evident that his first day in office too will not be incident-free. There is a lot of apprehension among Indians and rightly so. A slight change in laws may provide a dent in their career. Also, matters might get more complicated for fresh aspirants.

I think people should fear about that as Donald Trump will now take more stricter actions than the H-1B Visa. Indians holding that visa have to forget to get settled in America. As of India thousand''s of H-1B visa holders. Soon Trump will filter America and would remove people came in illegally and would rather remove Muslims that he promised before the elections

Making the laws strict will be a good step. But, I think its high time for Indians to work for India. They shouldn''t work in foreign countries. Instead, if they work in and for India our country will develop economically.
