How Do You Rate Modi-led Government After Four Years In Power?

On the occasion of his government’s fourth anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a survey on his app, asking people to rate the performance of the BJP-led dispensation at the Centre and MPs and MLAs in their constituencies.

“It is your voice that counts! Tell me what you feel about the working of the central government, its initiatives and the development work in your constituency. Take part in this survey on the NaMo app,” Modi tweeted.

Giving details, official sources said the survey has also asked the people to list three most-popular Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in their states and constituencies, and rate them on the basis of availability, honesty, humility and popularity.

The survey on the app enables the people to rate the performance of the central government and its flagship schemes, the sources said. This is being done to gauge the people’s views about the government, respective states and constituencies, they said.

The survey gives a chance to the people to rate the work of their MPs and MLAs while also asking them to list their prime considerations when they vote, the sources said, adding that the participants can also rate the condition of various amenities and infrastructure in their constituency.

From seeking to know what the people think of the flagship programmes of the central government to trying to understand whether they perceive a change in culture of governance, the survey covers a whole spectrum of questions, they said.

The survey assumes significance as the BJP prepares for the Lok Sabha polls, which are due in less than a year.

I feel that the BJP government is an highly ineffective one. No real progress can be seen at the end of four years. Frankly, the NaMo government is very good at publicising their plans but the result is almost negligible. For instance, during the election campaign more than four years ago, PM Narendra Modi promised us all that every rupee of black money will be reclaimed from all national and international banks. But, the truth is, black money has skyrocketed in India after the Demonetisation.

I do give a good score to the NaMo government. Within four years, Demonetisation, Make in India , Swaach Bharat Abhiyan and many other new reforms have been brought about in the government. Like this, when the government continues, many new reforms are surely to be brought about. The central government rocks. #CENTRALGOVTROCKS

I think the Modi government has performed very well in these four years .Schemes like Make in India ,digital India and skill India have put India as the fastest growing economy in the world .Bold moves like demonetization and GST have helped recover black money and made paying of taxes easier .I think that the Modi government has performed exceedingly well in these four years

The government led the development of the country at a faster pace. Though the intervention of flaws was persistent but still a prominent initiative has been taken to promote sanitation which is writ large. Establishment of better relationship with other countries was given a push. Well there''s an year more. Hope of more triumphant impacts.
