Why India Needs Dhoni In 2019

1. No keeper who can replace him right now
Dhoni is still the best keeper in limited overs cricket at the moment. Even now his reflexes and quick reflexes are second to none in the country.

2. Has the calmness for big tournaments
Experience and a cool head are a good combination for any team especially in a tournament like the World Cup.

3. Will be a guiding hand for Virat Kohli
Kohli is still relatively new at captaining full-time in limited overs matches and Dhoni's tips would come in handy at critical situations.

4. Still very much a fit player
He may be 35, but his fitness is one many younger players envy. A quick runner and big hitter, Dhoni can make life miserable for the fielders by stealing those extra runs when required.

5. A chance to finish off on a high
He could go out in a blaze of glory and sign off with a bang. India would want him to end on a good note.

In 2011 World Cup, Dhoni is the main cause for winning the World Cup. So for the next world cup ie: on 2019, Dhoni want for India to win the World Cup. I thought that Dhoni will be the captain for 2019 World Cup. But suddenly a news came and shocked us that Dhoni resigned the captaincy. So as a vice captain Dhoni should be there for 2019 World Cup.

If he''s fit till 2019 and doesn''t take retirement (he''s already left captaincy, though), then why not? I totally agree with points 2 and 3. He has the knack of handling pressure situations with great peace of mind. As far as Virat Kohli''s recent job of full-time captaincy is concerned, Dhoni will have a crucial role to play as mentor.

Of course , India will be needing Dhoni for many matches .
