Bullying and being bullied has been in the tradition of schools and it has affected students psychologically ,but is it a challenge for schools? Will giving moral lectures or including value education really be of any use. All this actually has begun from excessive freedom and lack of communication between parents and children and thus , the solution has to lie there ,inculcated from the very childhood and imbibed in the very roots.

There should be classroom discussions concerning the consequences of bullying to sensitize students and promote self-awareness. Youngsters should perceive that bullies are youngsters who have experienced some kind of bullying themselves. They behave sharply in an attempt to retaliate. The parents ought to be alert and observant, since the victims are typically reluctant to speak to them concerning bullying.

Parents play a vital role in a child''s approach towards other children. parents should immediately stop their children from bullying others if they find them doing so by telling them about the consequences which can turn into serious issues.

The past decade has witnessed extreme cases of bullying! it is high time to stop it..... but this problem cannot be solved just by giving a handful of lectures. Schools should present case studies and show how bullying affects the mental condition of any child. Only then would they realise that their actions do affect the life of a child! On the other hand, parents should sensitise their children that bullying is an evil which snatches away the mental peace of any kid.

bullying is the biggest kind of mental and physical torture that a child receives during school days. the bossy attitude of the seniors results in a very grave impact on the child''s mind. but debating on this for hours is of no help. thus, i present two solutions to this problem. a friendly attitude of the teachers towards the children will surely make children feel better and their should be strict punishments for all the ones who bully young or weaker children

Bullying does not happen very often in my school. But from what I see boys and girls tend to form gangs and tease others and spread rumours . This often leads to conflicts and grudges between fellow students . boys tend to make friends with elders atleast 2-4 years elder than them. They tend to copy the elders behaviour thinking that it seems somewhat cool. This again is very challenging for some people who get picked on. Boys also tend to take freshers into their gangs and spoil their minds.

Well, bullying is just another phobia for many of us. Unless and until you accept the fact that you are a bully victim to some ridicules you cannot cast yourself as one. It is the mindset of the student as how he takes it. There are bullies who find pleasure in teasing the others for the simple reason that he is able to act like one just because the victim is accepting himself as an inferior entity in front of him. Fundamentally, you should stand strong in front of those in misconception.

I think students have to be grown in such an atmosphere that they have to never even imagine of bullying others. Getting bullied is very embarrassing and it affects the self respect and confidence of the person. Students who bully others have to be made to think from the view of the person they are bullying, then they will get to know what really it means getting bullied. This has to be done only by the teachers at school, hence its a responsibility in the form of challenge for schools.

The main problem in bullying is that the victims are not reporting these problems to their teachers, parents or higher authorities. Another fact is that some teachers are partial towards the children (like supporting a student who is of a rich family or a student who excels academically). This may be the main reason for bullying. So first teachers should be equal, second victims complaints should be taken seriously and last bullies should be stopped.

Bullying does not always cause negative effects. It may teach us life lessons to instill strength and make us bold with the responses we choose while experiencing them at our schools. Teachers can opt not to intervene in such cases where they can leave children to respond to the bullying by themselves.
